Most of the first two weeks of summer I spent organizing the basement, setting up our food storage so we could see what we have (and use it) and painting the family room and hallway a light tan color (top picture) . It looks so much more finished and worm with two-tone walls. I love it. I had so much fun painting that I also did the lower half of the upstairs hall a deep red just like our couches. Then Krista caught the bug and she painted her whole room by herself, including a bunch of circles across the middle just like her bedding! It's very cute and BRIGHT! Now Kylie has the bug. I will post pictures when she is done!
