The trimmer slipped and Eric used left hand to try to raise it back up but caught two of his fingers on the blade. It was deep enough that we couldn't get it to stop bleeding in an hour but I was so grateful that he didn't cut his fingers off! Eric and I spent about 2.5 hours at the emergency room to get the cuts stitched together (9 big stitches total). There were about 8 personnel in the ER and only two patients. Do you think they have a policy to extend your visit as long as possible??? They very nice but slow. The worst part for Eric was the SIX shots into the base of his two fingers to get them numb!
