Kylie has started her second year serving on the Highland City Youth Council. The Council does a huge service project every month. In August they helped with the City Celebration called "Highland Fling". Here Kylie is at the fling helping with one of the Children's Games.
Kylie has been working all summer as a swim instructor at the American Fork Pool. It is a job that takes a lot of energy and patience. We've been proud at how hard she has worked.
This is Kylie's official Jr. Miss Pageant portrait. The Highland Jr. Miss Pageant is on September 13th. Mark your calendars! Are all invited. Kylie saw how much fun Katrina and Kelsey had participating in the pageant and decided that she wanted to do it too. They have been preparing all summer. She sure is busy as she enters her senior year!
